Team

  • Joshua Garrison Sr. is a Co-Founder and manages all engineering, construction, and project management for WFR Developments. Joshua is a licensed General Contractor and also operates Lions Construction Company, which specializes in site work and utilities. Joshua boasts 10 years of experience in construction and has a passion for “pushing dirt.”

  • Calvin Hawke is a Co-Founder and handles acquisitions and dispositions for WFR Developments. Calvin graduated from NC State University’s Chemical Engineering program and has project management, engineering, and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Calvin is a passionate real estate investor who also owns STR’s.

  • Michael Pelzer is the VP of Finance at WFR Developments. Michael is a Strategic Financial Professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management at large financial institutions.
